Feel better and heal faster with Body Tempering! Body Tempering is a technique used to accelerate sport activity performance and recovery by combating soft tissue restrictions by utilizing weighted cylinders rolled across muscles and joints.
Placed over the tight or injured area, the weights are rolled back and forth over the muscle groups, helping to release trigger points and relieve tight muscles, adhesions, and soreness. You’ll find that continued Tempering can provide enhanced flexibility, movement, and mobility!

The instructors do their best to attend the trainings assigned to them, however accidents and illness require that we reserve the right to substitute the instructors as needed.
If you need to reschedule, and it is 48 hours prior to the start time of the training, you may do so one time free of charge. Each additional time you reschedule (48 hours prior to the training), you will be charged a $25 fee.
If you reschedule within 48 hours of the start time of the training, you will be charged a $25 fee.
No refunds will be issued on cancellations within 48 hours of the start time of the training.

Instructor Bio
Brigham is a strongman athlete, football player, father, and owner of Utah Body Tempering. Brigham and his wife, Linda, are certified in Body Tempering by Donnie Thompson, the founder of Body Tempering. Since certification in January 2020, they have worked with massage therapists, chiropractors, physical therapists, muscle activationists, strongman athletes, power lifters, gymnasts, baseball/softball players, moms, and more to improve their technique. They use Body Tempering for all types of persons to prep and recover, while also focusing on the movement of the body and its range of motion.
